*Notables* Ocean Breezy is a condo located in Ocean Garden Villas on Crescent Beach. The condo's furnishings and bedding are being continually updated, and photos may not be 100% accurate. The HOA does not allow pets on the property unless they belong to the owner. Pest control treats the units on the fourth Tuesday of every month. They make themselves known before entering. The owner's closet is located in the second bedroom and is not accessible to guests. The unit is on the 2nd floor of Ocean Garden Villas, and the building does not have an elevator. First set: 3 steps. The second set: 7 steps, plus a platform you walk around (an easy place to rest). The third set of steps has 7 steps. Ocean Breezy is 934 sq. ft. in total. Full occupancy will be tight quarters. Guests should be aware that construction is ongoing on the same block as Ocean Garden Villas. Our unit is located one building away from the site. The nearby Compass by Margaritaville development is expected to open in early 2027. We have required, safe pest control who enter our condo the fourth Tuesday of every month. If you are vacationing during this time, please be aware that this will (and must) occur. If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out as soon as possible! Ocean Garden Villas was built in 1980. The building and its bones are old. The HOA and property management company do a good job of addressing issues, considering the elements. Still, there are idiosyncrasies. The water pressure in the unit can vary. We try to be mindful of this challenge and refrain from running the dishwasher, shower, washing clothes, etc., at the same time. What's nearby, you ask? Neighborhood overview
Crescent Beach is low-key and quiet. It is a nice family beach with just enough things to do without being exposed to too rowdy of a crowd. The beaches are not as crowded as some can get. Within walking distance, you will find Molly Darcy's Pub, Mr. G's Ice Cream and Grill, Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Miniature Golf, Mini Mart 17, Bay Watch Cafe, and Sand Trap Bar and Grill.
Transit
Most people get around by car. There are some attractions within walking distance, such as: Molly Darcy's Pub, Mr. G's Ice Cream and Grill, Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Miniature Golf, Mini Mart 17, Bay Watch Cafe, Sand Trap Bar and Grill, etc. In under 3 miles, you can drive to Barefoot Landing and Main Street. In less than 5 miles, you can drive to Tanger Outlets or Cherry Grove Pier.

We were able to stay here for a long weekend and had a fabulous time! Easy check-in process, clean, beautiful space, and amazing beach access. We both were able to work remotely with no issues at all, the wifi worked great. I was impressed by how much thought was put into the details — sound machines provided, fans we could move around, plenty of beach gear, and dark, thick curtains for when we wanted to sleep in. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a fantastic time at this condo! We took our 7-year-old grandson on his spring break trip. Great location! The area where the condo is in a quiet section. The condo was well equipped and neat. The balcony overlooking the ocean view and the pool was fantastic! Additional plus to this condo was having a washer and dryer! Another great feature was access to beach chairs and umbrellas! Looking forward to returning to Ocean Breezy!

Just got back from a stay at this beautiful condo. Clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. It was great to have my morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean. Ready to go back again soon!

We were here in March, and although it was a tad chilly, the condo was wonderful! Clean, updated, plenty of kitchen supplies to cook "in" and love the view! Owners were very responsive. Will definitely stay again.
